Adam Frint studies the landscape and
architecture seen during his travels from Chicago to rural Northwestern,
Illinois. All photographs are made with a 4 x 5 view camera and
printed on hand made selenium, silver/gelatin prints.
Mike
Ruiz presents Nilreb Sdioralop - a series of Polaroids
taken in and around Berlin with an SX-70 Alpha 1 camera. The title
is simply Berlin Polaroids spelled backward. These are captured
incidents of eerie or off moments Ruiz has experienced in the
last year.

Illuminated Thread (American Culture Study)
Reception & Homecoming Friday November 21 7-10PM
Joe
Miller and Brett Tracy are returning
from their 50-day bike tour to present artwork created in a project
called The Illuminated Thread. Video, photography, and mixed media
will be presented. The night will also double as a welcoming home
party for the two MFA graduates from the University of Chicago.

Todd
Albert Rittmann who gained notoriety as a guitar player
in Chicago rock band U. S. Maple, will produce three
large site-specific paintings onto the gallery walls using latex
paint applied with large paint rollers. The artist will be accepting
a limited number of commissions based on these exhibited paintings.
Jeff
Tady will present collages from his latest series American
Cosmos. Using old books, magazines and records, Tady creates perfectly
modular compositions that are integrated with reoccurring themes
and strips of prime color.
